I’d like to start writing with two amazing quotes:
1-
"If you want to succeed, double your failure rate." -Thomas J. Watson
2-“Only
those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.” - Robert F.
Kennedy.
Everybody has their own definitions of failure, simply because
we all have our own benchmarks, values, and belief methods. Failure and
experience these are the two common words which people use allot in their day
to day life. Because only failure can brings quality in your experience. In
another word, you can’t gain experience until you are fail. Experience is the
most valuable deposit and almost a compulsory part of our life. Every day we
involve in certain activities/rolls and get to learn something by the virtue of
its results. Be it success or failure; No matter how and when it comes from.
Life has many shades which provide you multiple opportunities to challenge
yourself and gain billion dollar experience. Most importantly, if you have
collected it carefully, you are the richest man on the planet.
What Wikipedia says about failure?
"Failure is the state or condition of not meeting a desirable or intended objective, and may be viewed as the opposite of success. Product failure ranges from failure to sell the product to fracture of the product, in the worst cases leading to personal injury, the province of forensic engineering.”

An example:
Let me share an experience of my life.
Basically here I’m talking about the experience that we gain from failure,
because I believe if you need to learn something in deep, if you wanna be aware
with its does n don't, you gotta test the failure part as well. Since many time
I’ve been on the failure side so I can really co-relate these two words to each
other.
I call myself a “successful failure” because it was with me
since my childhood. I experienced the taste of failure in 2000 for the first
time when I didn't qualified my higher secondarily board exams. For two subjects,
my marks were less than passing percentage. At that time I was not even aware
about what is called experience. I started working with IT industry back in
2009 and till date I've worked with many orgenizations most of them were start-ups. Working with start-ups itself was a daring decision
because technically you are not so sure about anything including salary on
time, promotion, growth and company’s future as everything is in initial
phase and unsettled. With all these challenge I worked for a good time and
today I have a pool of ideas as how to tackle the
initial challenge when you form a company.
People call it a Success?
Success is not when your boss pump your back and says you have done a good job.
Success is also not when you achieve a medal or something really great or you have scored higher in your exam. Yes the question is very serious question: what is success and when
do you call yourself a successful person. Here are few most common answers:
- When you qualify any competitive exam with high score
- When you crack an interview and get the appointed in some top shot MNC
- When you are awarded as an employee of the year with many gifts, bonus and other rewards
- When you start a business and achieve a higher success within limited period.
- When you make or break any world record
These may be your individual achievements but defiantly not a
definition of success ultimate success if you have achieves them without any
failure.
The real meaning of success means setisfaction. If you are feeling setisfied with any type of achievement, that is the true success for you. I don't mean success has no value if it has been achieved easily. Actually when any failure occurs, our mind runs in multiple directions to find an appropriate solicitation and you learn 10 new things in order to get one solution.

Now let's see what people says about
failure:
“Don’t read success stories, you will get only message. Read
failure stories, you will get some ideas to get success.” .........“Dr. A P J Abdul Kalaam.
“I failed in some subjects in exam but my friend passed in
all. Now he is an Engineer in Microsoft and I am the owner of
Microsoft”.... ..............Bill
Gates
“If I try my best and fail, well I tried my best” .......Steve Jobs
“Don’t judge me by my success, judge me by how many time I
fell down and got back again.” .... Nelson Mandela
“Failure is an opportunity to begin again more
indulgently” ....... Henry Ford
“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that do not
work.” ...Thomas Edison
Even the most attention seeker quote which I ever heard, is
from Michael Jordan, “I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost
almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shots and
missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I
succeed.”
Many of us have experienced the failure at one time or
another. The fear of failing can cause us to not do anything, or in another
word “stop trying new things” and therefore resist moving forward. But
actuality your failure tends to be more public than success. Or at least that’s
what we perceive it to be. It's almost impossible to go through life without
experiencing some kind of failure. A failure to one person might simply be a
great learning experience for someone else.
